Description
Catamount is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager in executing construction projects. The role coordinates subcontractors, prepares daily construction, safety, and SWMP reports, tracks costs, reviews submittals, maintains project turnover and punch-list documentation, and helps reduce the workload of project leadership. Candidates need at least two years of general contractor training or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with project management, communication, organizational, Microsoft Office, and Procore skills. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 USD plus incentives and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
