Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Assistant Superintendent for its Operations team in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports contract requirements and project safety, schedule, and quality objectives; oversees on-site workforces and daily scope, sequencing, and inspections; manages site logistics; coordinates office and field teams; and mentors associates. Candidates need a construction or engineering-related bachelor’s degree or at least three years of equivalent experience, along with strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Commercial construction project management and safety, quality, and schedule experience are preferred.
