Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Assistant Superintendent for its Operations team in Richmond, Culpeper, Herndon, and Manassas, Virginia. The role supports project safety, schedule, quality, contract requirements, workforce coordination, site logistics, risk management, and leadership of associates, while interpreting construction design documents and specifications. Candidates need a construction or engineering-related bachelor’s degree or at least three years of equivalent experience, along with strong teamwork, critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills; commercial construction project experience and familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule standards are preferred.
