Description
JPI is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to oversee field construction on multifamily projects and coordinate subcontractor work across framing, roofing, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, earthwork, and other trades. The role includes quality and schedule control, inspections, punch lists, material and equipment coordination, safety enforcement, subcontractor scheduling, inspections, RFI and submittal support, and preparation of construction schedules and as-built information. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in construction or a related field is preferred, and at least five years of construction experience with three years of multifamily construction experience is required.
