JRM Construction is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support daily on-site operations for small-to-medium commercial construction projects. The role covers trade coordination, material tracking, safety compliance, document control, procurement, construction administration, site logistics, and covering for the Superintendent when needed. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant commercial construction experience, proficiency with construction plans and specifications, and OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification. The New York City salary range is $65,000 to $100,000 annually.
