Mortenson is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and craft team members across a construction discipline. The role manages labor, schedules, equipment, materials, quality control, safety, training, and project closeout activities while supporting project managers and other site teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of construction management experience, a current driver's license, and the ability to work on projects in the North Carolina region. The position offers a base salary of $95,700 to $129,200, medical, dental, retirement, and other benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
