Ajax Building Company is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field execution on complex construction projects from mobilization through closeout. The role assists with supervising craft personnel, coordinating subcontractors, planning schedules and resources, monitoring safety and compliance, advising the Superintendent, and solving problems. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, construction experience, and strong communication, organizational, safety, and leadership skills; journeyman carpentry or supervisory training is preferred.
