Description
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent by managing designated field activities and supervising field construction work by subcontractors and employees. They assist the project team in ensuring projects are built on time, within budget, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include supervising trade employees, coordinating field personnel, managing schedule and scope changes, monitoring quality, planning materials, promoting safety, collaborating on labor management, understanding project specifications, and assisting with project closeout.
