Description
U.S. Engineering Innovations is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in overseeing mechanical construction projects. The role coordinates field operations, labor, scheduling, budgets, safety compliance, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation; supervises field crews; oversees installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems; and resolves on-site issues. Candidates need at least five years of mechanical construction experience, knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards, OSHA certification, construction management software proficiency, and the ability to travel to job sites. The position offers $48.50–$68.00 per year, with a year-end bonus, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
