Description
Structor Construction is hiring a Multifamily Assistant Superintendent to work on-site in Abilene, Texas, under a Superintendent and progressively take ownership of assigned scopes, phases, and areas. The role supports daily construction activities, safety and quality inspections, deliveries and site logistics, crew huddles, and schedule reporting. Candidates need at least two years of commercial construction field experience, including lead or foreman time, a relevant degree or equivalent hands-on experience, plan-reading ability, OSHA 30-Hour or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain it, and a valid driver's license.
