Description
Assistant Superintendent Camp Services supporting the Superintendent in managing day-to-day Rosebel Camp operations across administration, accommodation, kitchen, laundry, housing services, commissary, camp maintenance, and ground transportation. The role also supports long-term operational strategy, planning, budgeting, staffing, cost control, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, departmental coordination, capability development, succession planning, and implementation of camp management systems and best practices.
