Description
The role develops and manages job plans for assigned construction work, coordinates with architects, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisory personnel, inspects work against specifications and schedules, manages costs and progress, and prepares project management plans. It requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or an equivalent education and experience combination, at least five years of ground-up commercial or multifamily construction experience, knowledge of construction processes and building codes, and familiarity with BIM360 or similar programs.
