KRM Development is hiring an entry-level, full-time Assistant Superintendent based in the Des Moines metro area. The role begins with hands-on field experience supporting the Field Support team and Superintendents, learning punch processes, quality standards, vendor relationships, and BuilderTrend documentation. As competency develops, the Assistant Superintendent takes ownership of assigned homes, manages construction activities, coordinates vendors and schedules, monitors job progress, conducts quality inspections, and prepares jobsites for upcoming trades. The position is designed to develop the employee into a fully independent Superintendent and includes medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and 401(k) benefits.
