The role includes conducting inspections and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing spare parts and supplies, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field, prior technical experience in the shipping industry, strong container vessel maintenance knowledge, problem-solving and organizational skills, proficiency with relevant software and English, and the ability to work under pressure.
