Description
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent and Project Manager with construction-site administration, including contract addendums, subcontract and purchase-order review, scheduling, daily logs, change orders, inspections, jobsite safety, and coordination of preconstruction and completion activities. The role requires one to two years of construction experience, a driver's license, OSHA 10-hour certification, and First Aid/CPR, with a preferred bachelor's degree in Building Construction and one to five years of related experience.
