Liberty Resources is hiring a full-time Assistant Supervisor for its Onondaga Short Term Crisis Residence program. The role supervises residential support staff, oversees daily operations across shifts, supports recruitment and service-plan implementation, ensures compliance with NYS OMH and Medicaid billing requirements, coordinates utilization review, provides supportive counseling, maintains safety and documentation, and responds to emergencies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, personal experience as a recipient of mental health services, OMH or OASAS peer certification or willingness to obtain it within six months, and one year of behavioral health or related peer-support experience. The position pays $24.03-$28.85 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings, and continuing education opportunities.
