Red River Sanitors is hiring a Janitorial Team Lead in Shreveport, Louisiana, to supervise janitorial staff, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, report absences, conduct performance reviews, recommend promotions or transfers, assign duties, inspect work, manage supplies, train staff, resolve conflicts, and perform janitorial work when needed. The role is Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and requires a high school diploma or GED, prior janitorial-supervisor experience, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, cleaning-method knowledge, organizational and communication skills, customer-service skills, and U.S. work authorization.
