Trystar is hiring an Assistant Supervisor – Fabrication for its Faribault, Minnesota facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role leads and coordinates a fabrication team, manages production schedules and overtime, monitors quality and safety, maintains Epicor records, supports training and equipment maintenance, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma, two years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; leadership, computer literacy, Epicor, and English/Spanish capabilities are preferred. The first shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, sick time, holidays, and other benefits.
