Trystar is hiring an Assistant Materials Supervisor for its Houston, Texas manufacturing facility on the second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The role leads and coordinates a fabrication team, supports production scheduling and overtime, monitors quality and safety, maintains Epicor records, manages inventory, oversees equipment maintenance, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma, two years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; leadership, computer, and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
