YAI is hiring a full-time Assistant Supervisor to supervise a Residential IRA in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides staff training, mentoring, and supervision of 5–15 direct reports; oversees program quality, clinical programming, NYS regulatory compliance, safety, staffing, family and stakeholder communication, and staff development. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, prior direct support professional experience, and background supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or mental health. It is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with compensation of $23.10 per hour.
