Arvato is hiring a full-time Assistant Supervisor in Venlo, Limburg, to co-lead daily warehouse operations in an international logistics environment. The role manages 20–30 warehouse employees, including pickers, packers, and line leads; coordinates activities, creates workforce plans, monitors productivity and quality KPIs, resolves bottlenecks, coaches team members, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need MBO-level education or equivalent, at least one year of logistics leadership experience, fluent English, and strong coordination skills; WMS/ERP and Excel experience is a plus. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,607–€3,349 based on 40 hours, shift allowance, vacation days, pension, travel allowance, and other employee benefits.
