The role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates repairs, identifies physical-plant deficiencies, trains porters, performs repairs, maintains OSHA compliance, and manages materials. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience in building trades or maintenance, building-plant tool knowledge, electrical, boiler, plumbing, and HVAC experience, blueprint-reading ability, problem-solving skills, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
