Description
SMC Ltd. is hiring a Molding Room Supervisor to lead molding-room floor personnel and oversee safety, compliance, productivity, quality, customer service, and scheduled production. The role includes setting up and troubleshooting assembly, packaging, and test equipment; monitoring shift performance; conducting employee training; maintaining clean-room and 6S Lean standards; and supporting CAPA, inventory, lot traceability, and corrective actions. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of medical-device manufacturing standards; it offers a 2/2/3 rotational 12-hour night shift from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
