Description
Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time SOC Assistant Supervisor to assist SOC Supervisors in overseeing emergency and non-emergency security dispatch operations, provide SOC Operator and watch officer coverage, coordinate campus and enterprise security staffing, monitor and escalate security incidents, support training and quality assurance, and maintain relationships with outside agencies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience, an associate degree with three years, or a high school diploma/GED with five years, along with Microsoft Office experience and Emergency Telecommunications certification or certification within one year. Compensation is $32.39–$43.73 per hour, with shifts including 0600–1830, 1800–0630, and mid-shift hours.
