Description
The Usher Assistant Supervisor ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for guests at Kauffman Stadium by training and supervising Ushers, maintaining company policies, handling personnel paperwork, scheduling employees, and addressing guest concerns. The role is part-time and non-exempt, requires availability for home games, holidays, weekends, and evenings, and involves standing for long periods in a noisy, hot, and humid stadium environment. Two years of supervisory experience and five or more years of guest service experience are preferred, while Dayforce payroll experience is preferred but not required.
