Trystar is hiring an Assistant Supervisor – Fabrication for its Faribault, Minnesota facility on a Friday–Sunday weekend shift from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role leads and coordinates a fabrication team, supports production scheduling and overtime, monitors quality and safety, maintains Epicor records, trains associates, oversees equipment maintenance, manages inventory, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma, two years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; leadership experience, computer literacy, and Epicor knowledge are preferred.
