Description
The Assistant Teacher supports the YMCA of the Inland Northwest by supervising and engaging children in classroom-based programming, building relationships with children, families, and coworkers, maintaining records and program records, and supporting classroom organization and safety. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably an Early Childhood Education Certificate and prior experience with children in a developmental, diverse setting, along with specified health, training, and background-check requirements. Starting pay is $17.47 per hour.
