Description
Lutheran Home's child care center is hiring dependable and enthusiastic teachers for full-time and part-time opportunities. Lead Teachers implement classroom activities and games, develop lesson plans, and direct classroom operations, while Assistant Teachers support the Lead Teacher and assist with daily classroom activities. The Assistant Teacher Pool Float role is scheduled Monday through Friday based on need, with 1–40 hours per week and shifts that may begin at 6:00 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM. Candidates must be able to work with children, communicate with co-teachers and parents, and work in a team-focused environment; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and training for early childhood certifications may be provided.
