Bowling Green State University is seeking a full-time, non-renewable (one-year) Assistant Teaching Professor for the Department of World Languages and Cultures starting August 10, 2026. This nine-month appointment involves contributing to excellent teaching, scholarly/creative work, and/or service within the university and broader community. The department emphasizes experiential learning, fostering students' communication skills, cross-cultural competency, global awareness, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They are particularly interested in candidates who can integrate language, culture, linguistics, and literature, with a specific focus on Spanish programs.
