ICF Habitat is hiring an Assistant Technical Manager (Work-Study) for a one-year apprenticeship contract in the Technical Property Management Department. The role manages and monitors routine technical work across the property portfolio, checks work quality, responds to local teams, analyzes quotes, places subcontractor orders, follows up on interventions, and supports specific technical issues. The position is based at the Bordeaux agency in Gironde, France, with regular travel within the outskirts of Bordeaux and occasional travel to the Basque Country.
