ICF Habitat is hiring an Assistant Technical Manager on a work-study program to support the Property Technical Manager in the technical management and maintenance of a real estate portfolio in Paris. The role covers monitoring maintenance, major repairs, rehabilitation projects, contractor and procurement processes, site visits, insurance and damage claims, financial monitoring, and IKOS software tools. It is a full-time apprenticeship contract for a candidate pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 qualification in construction, real estate, design and construction, maintenance, or an equivalent program, with benefits including health insurance, transportation support, and meal vouchers.
