ICF Habitat is hiring an Assistant Technical Manager (Work-Study) for a full-time apprenticeship contract in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The role manages routine technical work on a real estate portfolio, supervises service providers, supports local teams with technical issues, reviews quotes and orders subcontractor services, monitors interventions, and contributes to technical quality improvement. Candidates must be pursuing a two-year post-secondary technical qualification and demonstrate organizational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
