Description
The Assistant Thrift Store Manager oversees the Thrift Store in the absence of the Store Manager, supervises staff, processes deposits and sales reports, prices and markets merchandise, coordinates volunteers, maintains customer and donor relations, and ensures store security. The role is full-time, pays $19.50 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of retail sales or management experience, familiarity with office equipment and computers, and a valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
