Description
Geoterra Integrated Resource Systems Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Timber Cruiser for a casual, seasonal forestry role from May through September. The position is primarily fieldwork in Prince George, Kimberly, Fort Nelson, and Fort St. John, British Columbia, with one-on-one training, timber cruising and investigations, cutblock and road assessments, riparian and ecosystem assessments, data collection, and possible travel or out-of-town camp work. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with travel and accommodations paid. Applicants need 2–5 years of forest-industry experience, a valid British Columbia driver’s license, outdoor and fitness capabilities, and willingness to work extended shifts and adverse conditions.
