Description
The Assistant to the Managing Director will support fundraising and financial acquisition, prepare project proposals and financial statements, liaise with tax advisory services, monitor budgets and balance sheets, and coordinate with the Managing Director and Board of Directors. The role requires a degree in social work or education, relevant fundraising and project-planning experience, commercial and bookkeeping knowledge, PC skills, German language proficiency, and independence under pressure. It is initially fixed-term for 13 working hours per week, with possible extension to an unlimited term, and includes a 13th-month salary, training opportunities, and a company pension scheme.
