Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Training Director for its Gaming Academy Team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role leads the design and delivery of gaming and customer service training across Table Games and electronic gaming machines (EGM), coaches trainers and gaming leaders, ensures compliance with UAE gaming laws and internal controls, develops succession plans, and uses LMS, simulation, gamification, and e-learning tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of gaming training experience at manager level or higher, expertise across major games, customer service training in gaming or luxury hospitality, succession planning, adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management.
