Description
The Assistant Manager - Training will run the Training Department within Hyatt International's Human Resources Division, supporting the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel. The role requires a university degree or diploma in HRM, HRD, or Hospitality/Tourism management, at least two years of experience as an Assistant Manager - Training or Training Executive in a larger operation, and strong presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
