QT Melbourne is hiring an Assistant Venue Manager for its Rooftop bar, a permanent full-time role with a minimum guaranteed 38 hours per week. The role supports the Venue Manager, leads and develops the floor team, handles guest enquiries, drives food, beverage and event revenue, manages inventory and ordering, and ensures compliance with health, safety and venue policies. Applicants need at least 12 months of hospitality management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with hospitality management software and Microsoft Office, RSA certification, and a Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation competency card. The position requires a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
