The Maples Group is hiring an Assistant Vice President, Structured Finance in Luxembourg to support and administer portfolios of structured finance clients. The role manages client relationships, new transactions, regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, audit coordination, client administration, and direct-report leadership, while also developing market opportunities. Candidates need at least 5–6 years of experience in financial services, audit, or a similar business, strong structured finance and Luxembourg governance knowledge, leadership and communication skills, analytical ability, and fluent English; German is an asset.
