Description
The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in running tire-hub operations efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include supervising and developing employees, coordinating deliveries and drivers, maintaining vehicles and warehouse facilities, supporting recruiting, scheduling, safety, inventory, paperwork, and conflict resolution, and cross-training employees. The role requires strong communication, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills, the ability to lift 75 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and work on the second shift one week every two months. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of supervisory experience or equivalent education are required.
