Description
The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in running tire-hub operations efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include supervising and developing employees, coordinating deliveries and drivers, maintaining vehicles and warehouse property, assisting with recruiting, scheduling, staffing, safety, inventory counts, chart/racking changes, paperwork, and conflict resolution. The role requires strong communication, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills, the ability to lift 75 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and work on the second shift one week every two months. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of supervisory experience or equivalent education are required.
