Description
The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in running tire-delivery warehouse operations efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include supervising and developing employees, coordinating deliveries and drivers, maintaining vehicles and property, recruiting and scheduling staff, resolving conflicts, organizing inventory and warehouse areas, completing paperwork, and cross-training employees. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience or equivalent education, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift 75 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and a second-shift schedule of one week every two months.
