foodora market is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Sofienberg to support the Store Manager and act as the store's deputy. The role covers store operations, staff leadership, coaching and development, recruitment and onboarding, resource planning, KPI monitoring, customer experience, compliance, and taking responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent. It is a full-time, 100% position with a roster covering daytime, evening, and weekend work, and requires prior experience in retail, logistics, service, or a similar field, along with leadership experience or a strong desire to develop as a leader.
