Temple University’s Athletics Department is hiring an Assistant Women’s Gymnastics Coach to support the Head Women’s Gymnastics Coach in developing a Division I competitive women’s gymnastics program. The role focuses on teaching student-athletes, primarily beam and floor exercise, evaluating and recruiting qualified athletes, supporting recruiting/practice/competition operations, and ensuring NCAA compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of gymnastics-related experience, strong communication and organizational abilities, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work nights/weekends and handle multiple operational duties in a fast-paced environment.
