Description
The Assistant Workshop Manager supports Arriva’s bus workshop in Den Bosch by coordinating maintenance, repair, and project work; preparing and monitoring work orders; scheduling mechanics and external specialists; tracking bus arrivals; and resolving deviations with warehouse and other stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, planning and coordination skills, knowledge of vehicle technology and administrative processes, MBO-level working ability, at least two years of relevant workshop experience, and a category B driver’s license. The position offers a full-time gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,335, a year-end bonus, pension contributions, and other employee benefits.
