Description
This role involves supervising and directing the Assisted Living and Alderbrook program, focusing on evaluating staff performance, coordinating resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The supervisor will engage with residents and their families, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and maintain cleanliness and satisfaction of residents. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, reviewing incident reports, and collaborating with the Executive Director.
