JFS Housing is hiring an Assisted Living Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and resident care at Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences in the Village of Brown Deer. The role supervises Lead and Resident Assistant caregivers, coordinates staffing and transportation, manages care plans and medication administration, maintains medical documentation and regulatory compliance, communicates with healthcare providers and families, and supports resident safety and well-being. The position requires an LPN license with two years of LPN experience and two years managing a successful team, or five to seven years of manager experience in lieu of licensure, an associate degree, CBRF certification, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and successful background checks.
