AUTOMOB is hiring a Telemarketing Specialist to conduct active and receptive phone and WhatsApp customer service, contact interested vehicle buyers, qualify leads across new, used, and direct-sale segments, record updates in internal systems, and direct qualified leads to the appropriate commercial teams. The role requires a complete secondary education, verbal and written communication skills, basic to intermediate Excel, familiarity with customer service and digital tools, and organization; prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, call centers, or lead qualification is a differentiator.
