Red Balloon is hiring a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial process of its school unit, including family reception, lead qualification, school presentations, on-site visits, enrollment closing, CRM management, follow-ups, and conversion monitoring. The role requires secondary education, commercial or customer-service experience, strong communication and relationship skills, organization, and basic Office knowledge; higher education is a plus. It is a CLT position with a fixed salary, commission, and benefits, working Monday through Friday during business hours.
