A Aegea is hiring an Operational Monitoring Specialist to monitor wastewater treatment units through supervisory systems and management platforms. The role tracks flow, levels, equipment status, alarms, and other operational variables; identifies deviations and risks; supports field teams and incident resolution; analyzes operational data and trends; maintains reports and dashboards; and coordinates with operations, maintenance, programming, and other areas. The position requires a complete secondary education, intermediate or advanced Excel, data analysis and indicator interpretation, residence in Fortaleza, Ceará, and availability for shift work.
